ALL SUMMER George Stranahan, one of the founders of the Aspen Center for Physics, created a photographic collection that is on display in the Paepcke Gallery. The Gallery is open to the public and the Aspen Institute welcomes you to come view George's assemblage of photographs.

JUNE 30 - JULY 1 Every year the Aspen Institute hosts the Aspen Ideas Festival with cross–topic offerings of lectures and talks. This year CERN's Director General, Rolf Dieter Heuer and Brian Greene, professor at Columbia University, will be representing the field of physics at the Festival.
