Departure Information

Please inform us of any last-minute charges you may have, such as faxes or souvenirs, which were incurred after the statements were printed. When you pay your bill, please notify the staff in smart Hall of your departure date.

Summary
Please write a brief (1-2 page) summary of your research activities while at the Center and mention significant conversations with other participants which may have aided your work. Reports should be emailed to: patty@aspenphys.org
Acknowledgement
Please acknowledge the Aspen Center for Physics in any work that is published as a result of your stay here and either send us a copy of the preprint or email us the reference number, title, authors, journal, and archive number, for inclusion in National Science Foundation reports during our grant application process. This provides principal evidence of the usefulness of the Center's program.
 
Check-Out: 10 AM Sunday.
  • Please! Do your dishes and dispose of your trash. We may not be able to continue to offer same-day check-outs/check-ins if apartments are left in unusually dirty condition.
  • Keys: Place your apartment keys and parking permit in a basket located on the front desk in either Smart or Stranahan Hall. Do not leave keys in your apartment.

Suggestions: If you have suggestions for improvements of our program – physics, housing, logistics, documentation, etc. please leave them in the folder for that purpose in Smart Hall. .

Return borrowed journals, books, or pre-prints to the library.

Return your bicycle to the West Side of Bethe and cross your name off the bike card in Stranahan. Donations to maintain this fleet are greatly appreciated. Suggested donation: $25 per week.

Return cribs, strollers, and highchairs to Smart Hall Lobby. If you leave them in your apartment, they are lost to us forever. Donations of baby equipment are always welcome, as are donations to help support the Center (bicycles, library, picnics, etc.)

Return Dial-a-Ride bus punch-cards to the Center with your apartment key.

If you have used an Aspen daycare/daycamp for your child, please share your experience and information by contributing to the Daycare/Baby-sitting folder on the front desk of Stranahan.
