Proposals for Off-Season Meetings
at the Aspen Center for Physics
The Aspen Center for Physics welcomes proposals for off-season
use of the Center's facilities for conferences, workshops, or
meetings on physics and astronomy or related topics.
Interested groups should submit proposals at least two months in
advance of the desired meeting dates.

The proposal should include:
- A title and description of the purpose and scope of the
proposed meeting.
- A list of organizers, with addresses, phone numbers, and
email addresses.
- A designation of one of the organizers as the contact
person.
- The expected number of participants and a list of key
participants and speakers if available.
- The desired dates. These must not conflict with the Center's
regular Summer Program, which runs from late May to early
September, nor with its Winter Conferences in January and
February. The exact dates of these programs can be found
under Program Information or by sending email to
jane@aspenphys.org.
The Aspen Center for Physics is a non-profit organization, and
the use of its facilities is restricted to non-profit groups and
activities.
