Recruiting

You should make every effort to seek participation by under-represented groups that include physicists who are active in the field. This is also a good opportunity for graduate students to visit since they are rarely admitted in the summer.

We send our winter posters to everyone in our database for whom we have an email address, over 10,000 physicists. We trust that you will encourage those candidates who will best contribute to your conference to apply. We use an application process rather than a registration process because we limit admissions to about 100 physicists and some conferences are highly over-subscribed.
